Sue McManus, an executive in our conveyancing department has recently joined us from a firm in Worksop where she lives.

From the wrong side of the pennines, Sue has worked for lawyers for many years starting out as a secretary before progressing through the ranks to becoming a fee earner in her own right.

Refreshingly, Sue says that her main hobby is idleness and, rather alarmingly in this day and age, she confesses to not even being a member of a gym !!  

However, when not being idle she likes to spend as much time as she can with her grandchildren.  Sue is also a ferocious crocheter.  We are not certain precisely what that involves (nor how you spell it) but it sounds a very worthwhile pursuit.
